International German ARDF Championship 2009

This years German ARDF Championship will be held on the weekend of
August 8./9. in South Germany between Munich and Stuttgart, and is open
to everyone.
2-m-Competition
Date: 08.08.2009
Time: 11:30 departure to start area
Gathering location: Parking lot opposite to
Limesthermen in Aalen
Navigation system address: Osterbucher Steige or Osterbucher Platz, Aalen
Directions: On
the A7 to exit Aalen/Westhausen, then 12km on the B29, after the tunnel
turn right to direction 'Innenstadt' (city center) onto B19 and just
afterwards turn left to direction 'Aalen-Zentrum', straight
through the traffic circle, then take 2nd street to the left. Then
follow the signs to 'Limesthermen / Ostalbskilift'.
Note: Finishing area is NOT near the parking lot,
therefore consider taking a change of clothes to the starting area.
On the evening the Award Ceremony and dinner (at your own expense) are at Gasthaus im
Hirschbachtal (caravan parking area available), besides public open air pool.

Oberkochen, 'Heide' Quarter
Navigation system address: Heidestrasse,
Oberkochen
Directions: On the A7 to exit Aalen/Oberkochen, then head
to Oberkochen. In Oberkochen follow the signs to 'Heide'.
Note: Award Ceremony and barbeque lunch (at your own expense) at the
Kolpinghaus.

between 6th of July and 3rd of August 2009 at http://www.darc.de/referate/ardf/contest/anmeldung.htm.
Participation
without registration is not possible!
Since March
2009 the categories W15 and M15 will be new for German ARDF qualifying
competitions.
Participants of these categories search two
transmitters (defined by the organizer).
For the 2009 German ARDF
qualifying competitions the categories W19, W21 W35 and W50 search
the same 4 transmitters
(defined by the organizer) for better comparability between these categories.

Accomodation:
Aalen, Oberkochen (->Wir in Oberkochen) and surroundings. Consider
time to travel from Aalen to Oberkochen.
Fee: youth under 20: 5 Euro, DARC-member and participant from outside DL: 10 Euro, non-DARC-member: 15
Euro.
Pay at the gathering location or Friday evening between 19 and 21
o'clock at Gasthaus
